Our program runs on Wednesdays from 9 am – 3 pm and offers a range of benefits. You can exercise your green thumb and boost your physical wellness by planting and growing plants. As you watch your plants grow and flourish, you’ll also gain a sense of accomplishment and pride, boosting your self-esteem.
