Greenacres Steps Up for Cerebral Palsy

Are you ready to step up, improve your health and fitness and make a difference to the lives of kids and adults with cerebral palsy?

STEPtember is a national fundraising event where teams of four will walk, swim, ride or spin 10,000 steps per day for 28 days.

Participants can move any way they like to take their 10,000 steps per day with over 40 activities counting towards their daily total.

Everyone can track their steps using their phone or smartwatch and sync with the STEPtember app. People without a device can also request a STEPtember pedometer to keep track.

There is no pressure or amount you need to fundraise, you can join with the aim or creating awareness, having fun and improving your health.

Registration is usually $25 per person but Greenacres has 100 free registrations for supported employees, staff and participants. If you would like to be a part of the challenge, contact our WHS Officer Simone Newhouse at simonen@greenacres.net.au or phone 4222 6200 and ask to speak to Simone.
